On Wayland, when hovering the mouse pointer over a file icon in dolphin the
tool tip often obscures the icon, such that it cannot be selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place dolphin window at lower part of the screen
2. Hover over file icon in dolphin
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The tool tip appears and obscures the file icon
EXPECTED RESULT
The tool tip appears in a location close to the icon where it fits on the
screen but does not cover the icon
