[systemsettings] [Bug 453382] "Clicking files or folders" is set to "Selects them" but single clicking files or folders in Dolphin does not select but opens them.

1. I have tried both single click witha  mouse and a single tap in the touchpad
and the behaviour is same. I have no touchscreen.
2. Right now `grep SingleClick ~/.config/kdeglobals` outputs
`SingleClick=false`. When I set `Clicking files or folders` to `opens them`, it
outputs nothing.
