[kate] [Bug 453319] When saving a Markdown file, all double spaces are removed which is problematic because it is needed to format the layout of the document.

As a workaround go to Settings->Open/Save->General->Remove trailing spaces and
set it to Never

I think this has been fixed in 22.04. At least, I cannot reproduce it if the
file has a .md file ending.
