Hi there, I have never heard of this problem, so we'll need more information.

1. Does this happen with other programs? Like simple old mspaint? Or Mypaint?
Or Gimp? Because if so, it might just be your device is a bit broken.

2. If not, we will need a bit more information:

* Your OS(which version of windows?)
* Your tablet brand and model.
* The driver of your tablet.
