As the title explains, on Wayland, when minimizing the last non minimized
window, plasma hangs for a second before you can use any applet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any application
2. If it's the last one not minimized, try to minimize it
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma hangs for a second
EXPECTED RESULT
Should not hang
