No preview for the NTFS drive, correct preview for Ext4 drive
SUMMARY

After last update of the Discover, it stopped showing the thumbnails for files
on the NTFS drives. There is no preview in the tooltip neither. On the other
hand thumbnails still work on the linux drives. Rebooting the computer or
switching on and off the "show preview" option didn't help.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder containing JPG files on an NTFS drive
OBSERVED RESULT
No thumbnails shown, no preview in the tooltip.
EXPECTED RESULT
Thumbnails shown correctly, nice preview in the tooltip.
