SUMMARY
On boot, the mouse does not use its settings, and instead use the trackpad one.
This issue did not appear in Kubuntu 21.10.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot the system
2. Use the mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse is using the trackpad sensitivity settings. Going into the mouse
settings and applying the sensitivity again fix the issue.

EXPECTED RESULT
The mouse and the trackpads settings get correctly applied to each other at
startup

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.24.4
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The machine that is used is a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H, using the integrated
touchpad, and the mouse used is a Logitech MX Master 3, in bluetooth mode.
