I just installed a fresh Kubuntu 22.04 and the issue is still there.
Sometimes, if I am very fast dragging it, it semi-shows up. It has also
crashed plasmashell, so it's not something I would want to do too often. Event
Calendar, as a widget, seems to handle it better than most (not sure if I am
just lucky or if this even helps).
