SUMMARY
After changing the overlay color, the folders with icons overlay-ed on them as
well as a folder description panel (F11 in dolphin) are not refreshed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select 'Accent color from wallpaper' in Settings
2. Open Dolphin and go to a location where you have a folder with icons
overlay-ed on it
3. Select 'Accent color from theme' in Settings
OBSERVED RESULT
All folders are changing their colors except for the ones with icons overlay-ed
on them. Also, the file/folder description is not affected by the change (until
the directory is changed)
