I'm still able to reproduce the issue on both Xorg and Wayland when I do this: 1. In System Settings -> Display and Monitor disable one of the screens. 2. Close the System Settings app. 3. Open it again and enable the screen. I get the 1px overlap and DnD mode. (Also the screen position preview is incorrect.) If skip step 2 I don't get the problem.
