SUMMARY
***
I select a portion of video to zoom. i work through the whole project and
review no missing video and zoom works. save and reopen project again no
issues with zoom in video. after rendering the portion of the video where the
zoom effect is at the video is blank. the audio is still there without issues.
this happens every single time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add zoom effect to video
2. complete project
3. Render video
OBSERVED RESULT
No video so only a black screen is seen.
