Proxy video playback started shuttering for 15 frames when I hit play button in
the project sequence preview window.
It shows noticeable difference for playback when I started using proxy files,
but still 15 frames are shuttering when I click the play button.

Note: No problem with other Non-Linear Video Editing software like Adobe's
Premiere Pro.

OBSERVED RESULT
I was having doubt that this may be happening due to my Intel i3 system.
But when checked with other video editing software, I found no issues with
choppiness in the playback.
EXPECTED RESULT
Video should be played smooth while playback using proxy files.
