As you can see in the attachments, those are two different people. Those aren't messages sent to two different people who then replied. Simply, the subject of the email was the same. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Send two emails with the same subject 2. Receive an answer for each message sent. The received messages will have "RE: subject" as subject. OBSERVED RESULT They are grouped together in the same thread. EXPECTED RESULT They should have a different thread each.
