SUMMARY
Settings -> Bluetooth -> Add New Device... is broken for me. The icon from the
system tray works, though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth -> Add New Device... (and wait a bit)
2. Then use the bluetooth icon from the system tray and the plus icon to add
new device

OBSERVED RESULT
>From the settings menu, no devices are shown.
Using the system tray works perfectly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Both should yield same devices
