SUMMARY
Why on every startup digikam asks to download files for face engine and red eye
removal tool? I'm not using these features, and don't want to install them. Why
it's forced?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start digikam.
OBSERVED RESULT
Message appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Don't show this next time" selection.
