When I open the online accounts and want to create a new online accounts, there
are no online accounts type to choose from.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get to the "Online Accounts" settings (doesn't matter if via System settings
or via the icon on the bottom bar).
2. Click on the plus sign to add a new account.
Actual Results:
No options here.
Expected Results:
To see the account types to choose from (ICQ, Google account, XMPP ...).
If i run systemsettings in console and do the steps above, there are no
messages (no info, no errors).
