The context menu with the missing device

I'm not entirely sure this is a bug, something that is unintuitive. I would
also need some guidance in helping reproduce if it is.

The Plasma integration menu only lists one device, but I have two. If you go to
"Plasma Integration -> Share -> Send to -> Choose a device to send to:" I see
both devices.

Both devices are listed in the KDE connect menu as well. The functionality is
there, but there is a device missing in the main context menu and no setting to
help me indicate a reason why.
