When I switch between Canadian English and français (France), KOrganizer switches between Sunday and Monday. The setting is shared by all KDE apps. It is set in System Settings, Regional Settings > Formats > Time. What locale are you using? (Another way to check is to run "locale LC_TIME -k" in a terminal.
