this is a video recording of the issue, when i close the program and open it
again it goes back as it was. my screen recorder wouldn't show the tabs for
brush editing but nothing i did there helped, i even tried a shortcut to reload
Im starting to consider it may be a single case with this bug on my end but im
not sure why though
