Gimp uses the GTK file dialog, not the native file dialog. Until recently, you
could disable the native file dialog on Windows, but I'm not sure whether the
removal of that option is already in 5.0.2. The crash is in Windows, so I'm
pretty sure your system is broken: it's not a bug in Krita.
