I picked a random instance from the list that had signup enabled, I am not affiliated with it or any content on it. In the video the command I use to start plasma is yinit, an alias for 'XDG_SESSION_TYPE=wayland dbus-run-session fusuma & startplasma-wayland'. Fusuma is a program I use to enable gestures such as three finger swipes.
