I can only tell what's missing and try to suggest something, but when you come up with a better layout I am probably happy with it. It may also be interesting to be able to choose the buttons. I need standby mode much more often than shutdown and lock session more often than change user. So three actions would be enough, but the combinations are unfortunate for me.
