Similar problem in Kubuntu.

Another problem when you assign a shortcut for show/hide Yakuake like Ctrl + ~

1. Open a browser window with any webpage, maximize it,
2. Show Yakuake by pressing [Ctrl] + [~]
3. Start scrolling through terminal in Yakuake
4. Move your mouse out of the Yakuake terminal, to be above other window, like
browser window.
You will see the browser window zoom changes, like if the [Ctrl] key was still
pressed. The madness ends in about 2 seconds, or after you click(focus) the
browser window.

This is also true for other types of windows where Ctrl + scroll does
something.
