            Bug ID: 451783
Summary: Show the changes AutoCorrectionTool wants to make and
allow to modify these values as a starting point in
                    the manual editing tools
           Product: digikam
           Version: 7.5.0
          Platform: Appimage
                OS: All
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Plugin-Editor-AutoColors
          Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: johannes.lists+bugs.kde....@tannenhof-imshausen.de

        Depends on: 437162
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I mostly use Color -> Auto-Correction to see which potential an image has -
though often the proposed changes (e.g. using Auto Levels) are too intense. I
would like to see the changes the AutoCorrectionTool wants to make and use
these values easily (with one click) as a starting point for editing in the
manual editing tools.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply “Color auto-correction” to a photo

OBSERVED RESULT
When the propagated changes are not exactly what you want, you have to try
adjusting the photo manually which is not easy.

EXPECTED RESULT
There is e.g. a context menu when right-clicking on a preview of an automatic
correction level with an entry “manual editing“ which brings you to the
corresponding tool with automatic correction values set.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2 (built against 5.15.2)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This suggestion would be a great improvement because you can choose the preview
which looks best and go straight to the right tool, so there is no need to
figure out which editing tool you have to open.
