tooltip with shadow
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings in sidebar view mode
2. click on any KCM and then hover over any KCM until its tooltip appears
3. repeat the step 2 until he observed result mentioned below occurs
OBSERVED RESULT
shadowless tooltip. Please compare the attached screenshots.
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip should always have shadow
