--- Comment #1 from pearlityl...@gmail.com --- As an additional comment, I wanted to explain everything that is happening better, so you could understand better hopefully. Around two weeks ago I was drawing, nothing special. My screen froze for twenty to thirty seconds, I thought it were just too many details and the program is lagging, so I waited to fix itself. Then, it shut itself down. I've tried to open it again, give it a restart, install an older version, look into its files and so on, hoping it will make it work, which it didn't. I also want to mention that the things I did were down in this two weeks, not all at a time. I've looked on the krita artists site, just to check if somebody else had the same problem as me, and for the people who did and the staff team has answered to them, in my case, nothing has worked. I wanted to mention that I work on a Legion, windows 10, Krita 5.0.2. I also wanted to say that I've downloaded and added to the app some more brushes that I needed. This is like a longer thing, as I wanted to mention all things I did, on what I'm working and the fact I added some more brushes. I really hope you will can help me, if not, I still am grateful that you took from your time to read my report. Also, as I was reading the instructions from https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports I've seen the note [ Note This whole page is irrelevant if you're using Windows or MacOS or Android or appimages on Linux. ], so I stopped reading, as I mentioned before I have an Windows. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
