When viewing installable programs, only Flatpack programs appear in the list.
For example, digikam 7.6.0 from DEB packages is installed, but only the
Flatpack version is listed.

Additionally, Discover does not see Plasma add-ons, with one exception being
visible Plasma fonts and elements.
For the remaining categories of additions, the following message appears:
"Nothing found."
