There is no response from KDE when pressing the shutdown button or the logout
or hibernation button.
These buttons are of course included in the KDE menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only Ctrl + Alt + Backspace helps.
This happened after the last update to version 5.24.3.
I checked it on a desktop computer and a laptop, both are just as bad.
I log into X11, Wayland doesn't work for me.
