There's an issue with xdg-desktop-portal. The service fails to start. So GTK
apps take time to load now.

1. Open a GTK app like Lutris.

OBSERVED RESULT
Takes 20 - 30 seconds for app to open.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should open instantly.
