SUMMARY
I'd like that Dolphin would be opened in a default folder related to the
current Plasma Activity.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Activity "A"
2. Open Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is opened in its default global location (home for me)
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opened in a default folder related to Plasma Activity "A" set for
example in the Activity settings page.

Linux/KDE Plasma:
Operating System: KDE neon 5.24
