SUMMARY
Hey there,
I recently switched from X11 to wayland and noticed that sometimes on startup
of my system the "workspace" and wallpaper of my secondary monitor is broken. I
noticed that when selecting a field on the display (so the bluish field appears
you can drag), I can't actually enter the black area.
My left display is rotated by 90° and set to 125% scale, my right display is 0°
rotated and has a scale factor of 100%.
I can "fix" it by setting the left display to 100% as well and back to 125%.
I have an nvidia graphics card and use proprietary drivers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. switch to wayland
2. set two displays to different scale factors
3. restart machine

OBSERVED RESULT
workspace is broken on scaled display

EXPECTED RESULT
workspace should be fine
