SUMMARY
It would be nice to have a way to activate Reminders by default and be able to
set up the default reminder time in Kalendar. I actually believe a default
Reminder should be set up by default, as most events require reminders and it's
better having a "false positive" notification than a "false negative" (no
notification when you needed one), but this is probably a matter of taste (as
for most default policy).
The important part would be for users to be able to set up a default behaviour
for new events/tasks.
