STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on Desktop 2. Click "Configure Desktop and Wallpaper..." in the context menu 3. Observe the window that appeared OBSERVED RESULT Window "Desktop Folder Settings" is empty. Only the window decorations (title, border, shadows) are rendered. The middle bit, which should contain the panels, buttons, dropdowns, etc is just empty. The wallpaper image can be seen through the empty space. EXPECTED RESULT Window "Desktop Folder Settings" is empty and can be used to change settings of the desktop.
