non elegant startup of Latte-dock

When I startup Latte-dock on my computer it behaves strangely. After some time,
longer than I'm used to I think, Latte appears and then quickly disappears
again.
Only when I bump against it with the cursor it really starts.
I tried on another computer and there it was better. But on this one, since the
latest release 0.10.76, it is not so good. See attached screenrecording.
