STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using multi-monitor
2. Added new panel to secondary Screen.
3. Remove/Delete the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
It crashes the plasmashell(auto recovers).
EXPECTED RESULT
No crash
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Endeavour Os
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91
Qt Version: 5.15.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Setup is a laptop with external monitor. Not sure if it is related to
multi-monitor or not as the crash is random.
