Cannot immediately reproduce, and we'll need more information to be able to do
anything.
25seconds implies a blocking DBus call.
Can you reproduce whilst running in a nested session?

kwin_wayland --socket test
WAYLAND_DISPLAY=test tangram
Failing that we'll need you to ssh into the machine whilst frozen from another
computer / phone and get a backtrace
