Given that krita works fine on many different Windows 10 computers and using
many different Wacom drawing tablets and display tablets, I'd suggest that this
is a severe problem associated with your Wacom Mobile Studio Pro which is a
combined computer and drawing/display tablet.
Please go to https://krita-artists.org/ (sign up and log in are needed) then
create a New Topic there in the General Questions category. People there will
be able to give suggestions for 'things to try doing'.
You can include a link to this bug report as introductory information.
I'll set this report to Resolved: Not a Bug but that can be changed in the
future if needed.
