I just found a solution for the CPU speed. lshw -class processor reveals the maximum CPU speed. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to get the base clock speed. Though, I guess the base clock speed isn't that important anymore. Plus, the maximum CPU speed is what I'm really looking for.
