steps to reproduce:
grab an amd gpu
lock the screen
unlock the screen
and bam, enough flickering to give someone a seizure
Moving to mouse the flickering areas resolves the problem
this has affected all version of kde plasma that i have used (after like 5.23.x
or smth)
