SUMMARY
"Switch One Desktop Up/Down/Left/Right" shortcuts are disabled by default on
fresh Plasma installation. They are supposed to be enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma Desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
"Switch One Desktop Up/Down/Left/Right" shortcuts are disabled by default.
(Shortcuts are set, but they're disabled.)
EXPECTED RESULT
They should be enabled by default.
