I can't find any concrete way to replicate the issue. The first occurrence on a
boot/session seems random (not necessarily after sleep), but after that 1st
occurrence, it'll consistently break again very quickly (10 min or so).
I can temporarily fix it by restarting kwin, but like I said, it'll recur very
rapidly.
I think it only happens with x11, but I can't switch to wayland just yet
because of other bugs there.
