STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 5.24.1 and goto "Window Decorations". Change "Window border size"
to normal or huge (anything other than no border)
2. Shade a window and then try to unshade. Observe that unshading does
nothing.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Unshading is not working
EXPECTED RESULT
It should unshade the window
