SUMMARY
System settings briefly appears and closes again after opening it via the GUI.
It stays open when launching from CLI via nohup systemsettings5 > /dev/null
2>&1 &
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings via Application Launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
System settings briefly appears and closes again
EXPECTED RESULT
System settings stays open without having to resort to using the CLI to open it
