SUMMARY
I have dual monitor setup on AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics.
Right screen is marked as main one, and Panel is moved to the top of the right
screen.
When I boot, new notifications are shows on the right side of panel, just next
to right side of right screen. Fully visible.
But, when I leave the computer on for some time, and it gets screen-locked (not
sure if screen lock is relevant, but I never saw a case of the problem
happening while I was using computer all the time, only after unlocking),
notification area is moved OFF screen - specifically notification windows are
displayed withg ~ 50% of their width to the left from the left side of left
monitor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Kubuntuy
2. Leave computer for the night, running
3. Unlock screen lock in the morning
4. Receive any notification
OBSERVED RESULT
As shown on the attached screenshot - this it top left corner of screen, with
background color blue, and half-visible notification window, which is too wide,
and too much to the left to see what is written in there.
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect notification windows to be, as in normal boot, visible on the
right side of right screen.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 21.10
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem doesn't happen on every screen lock, but always if I'll leave the
computer running for the night. Also, I never saw the problem to correct itself
- once the notification windows/area are in bad position, they never come back
to proper location, other than reboot.
