SUMMARY
Using the Minimize All widget keyboard shortcut twice, to first minimize all
windows and then bring them back, makes the previously active window inactive
when it comes back.
Not there till 5.23, only seen in 5.24.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window that was active before the Minimize All is no longer active when the
windows come back
EXPECTED RESULT
Should remain active
