STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Lenovo Ideapad S340-14IIL
2. Turn on the backlight using Fn+Spacebar
OBSERVED RESULT
No OSD for backlight being turned on
EXPECTED RESULT
An OSD for backlight being turned on

Windows: No
macOS: No
Linux/KDE Plasma: Yes

KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The OSD works fine on gnome (apart from there being only 2 states instead of
3), but it is not present on KDE plasma.
