SUMMARY
When there are 2+ windows in icon grouped view, the thumbnail list now always
gets a vertical scrollbar for some reason which does absolutely nothing. I can
interact with it with the mouse but the slider does nothing. The horizontal
scrollbar at the bottom works and spawns as intended.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 2 or more windows
2. Hover over the grouped icon
OBSERVED RESULT
There is a vertical scrollbar to the right
EXPECTED RESULT
There is no vertical scrollbar
