Notification do not work for the command line utility nordvpn under Wayland. It
works under X11 ***
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
No idea how to reproduce this if you do not have a subscription to nordvpn but
the command line utility
can be downloaded from their website.
1. You are not connected to a VPN
2. open a konsole and type nordvpn connect
OBSERVED RESULT
Under X11 I get a notification that I am connected to the VPN server, under
Wayland I get no notification.
Same for disconnecting if you are already connected to a VPN server.
