We explicitly don't want to ask users technical questions or ask them to
specify initial config data for things they might not understand (like number
of virtual desktops, or preferred UI layout), sorry. See

However we are considering a wizard thingy that's more of an "onboarding" tool,
or for showing users what changed after an upgrade. For that, see Bug 441367.
