SUMMARY
When I startup KDE neon 5.24 I get a visual bug after the hardware check. The
screen flashes and the pixel are filled with constantly changeging random
colours. This state did not change until I turned it off.
Note that the safe graphics version works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Live session from ISO
2. Wait
OBSERVED RESULT
Weird flashing screen with random colours
EXPECTED RESULT
Boot of live system
